Our Village Savings and Loan Association (VSLA) program provides rural communities with structured training, mentorship, and tools to foster a culture of saving, investment, and enterprise development. IGAC’s model ensures women and youth—often excluded from formal financial systems—gain the skills and confidence to manage group savings, plan for emergencies, and invest in income-generating activities.

- Community-Based ToT & Field Officer Training
We build capacity through Training of Trainers and field officer sessions, emphasizing simplicity, adaptability to rural contexts, and inclusivity for low-literacy members. - Group Formation & Governance Training
Guidance on establishing groups, developing fair constitutions, and setting up transparent governance structures. - Financial Literacy & Savings Skills
