We protect ecosystems to secure clean water for generations.

Our nature-based WASH solutions restore natural water sources, promote sustainable sanitation, and strengthen community resilience.

At IGAC, we recognize that clean water is both a human right and a climate issue. As rainfall patterns shift and ecosystems degrade, rural communities face growing challenges in accessing safe water and sanitation.

Our WASH interventions are designed to protect natural water sources, promote climate-resilient infrastructure, and foster healthy hygiene behaviors—especially for women, girls, and school-aged children. We integrate environmental protection into every water and sanitation solution to ensure sustainability and long-term impact.

Our Key WASH & Ecosystem Protection Initiatives

  • Natural Spring Protection & Rehabilitation – Safeguarding water sources through ecological restoration and catchment care.
  • Green Water Infrastructure Development – Establishing climate-resilient systems like gravity-fed water solutions.
  • Menstrual Hygiene Education – Promoting dignity, health, and confidence for girls in schools and communities.
  • Community Sanitation & Waste Management – Empowering residents to lead clean-up drives and adopt safe waste disposal.
  • WASH Awareness Campaigns – Driving behaviour change through education on handwashing, hygiene, and environmental health.

What We Aim to Achieve

• Secure sustainable water sources through ecosystem restoration
• Improve community health through hygiene education and access
• Reduce environmental pollution through cleanups and behavior change
• Promote dignity and health for girls through menstrual hygiene awareness
• Build climate-resilient WASH infrastructure in vulnerable rural areas
